If you are buying these at high prices, then yes you are in very deep trouble, but if you are buying these at $20 a card, you are going to make out like a bandit regardless. These will crash, but I doubt anywhere near $20. More like $20 becomes a $100-200 card.

I would be shocked if the Vides is less than 15k at this point. Figure Griffey will get at least 25k and enough people are in this to bundle them together.

I am listing a card on eBay that I do not have yet. Am I at risk for a negative for having a handling time of three days? I can't figure out how to disable it. It is stated in the description that it is a presale and I do not have it from topps yet.

There's no serial numbers on these so its impossible to track, but it feels more like people taking the same cards and flipping them over and over especially on the presale side. Maybe print runs don't go up because there really isn't that much demand its just perceived because the same 50 cards get sold 10x. We really have no way of knowing.

With all the focus on value and print runs I am interested in hearing what people think are the best-looking cards. Initially I only focused on the art I liked. Then I went for some artists/players I thought would be popular.

My three favorites so far have been Blake’s McGwire, Saladeen’s Jeter, and Shore’s Rivera (can’t explain that one). What do others think?

I'm building three sets (Jeter, Griffey and Trout) and then I am buying the singles from Topps (Saladeen and Blake).

I did buy the Thomas "Don C" which I liked a lot.

What I find amazing is that the Ermsy Trout is commanding almost as much as a PSA 10 2011 Topps Update Trout Rookie. Anyone see anything wrong with that? I mean I get the limited print on the Ermsy, but still when you put it in perspective like that, I’d much rather have an original Trout Rookie in Gem Mint Condition

Not even close. This is a 400 card set. Think of the print runs in July, then October...December. 30k will be shortprint

Another card I wanted was the Nolan Ryan card #30 (Siff) that I think I picked up just at the right time for $200.00.
