Don't think so... nothing I have is graded... maybe I will get mags for them...the ones that use a penny sleeve.

All my Brady rookie cards are pack pulled by me ....In fact all my cards are pack pulled by me...lol....I wouldn't rip wax anymore... prices are insane per box!

Oh I agree.

I remember back in 1993 buying a pack of 1993 topps finest baseball for $20 a pack. Unheard of back then. Now, 500 a pack for the hi end stuff.

Cheaper to have someone pull it for you and spend thousands later on

It CAN mean that, but also can mean that it was just slabbed authentic vs a potential 4,5 6 etc.

My understanding is many of these were factory miscut meaning not even necessarily trimmed. That’s why they just go for authentic vs authentic altered unless it’s egregious.

Grades are supposed to be under magnification, that is why some 9s look like 10s but are 9s. To me, that should be a 9 based on those images.

I agree. Having my own example to compare, my identical edges do not exhibit that kind of edge chipping present in the above photos.

I too am surprised this received a 10.

Also, is this newly slabbed or a reslab? Its got a new cert number, no?

Gorgeous card! Funny story - earlier this year I sent in several Brady's to PSA. One was a gorgeous Mystique that was clearly at least a 9. It came back with two smashed in corners on the same side. Card was obviously dropped. I now own a PSA 6...just have to laugh as there's nothing I could do!

Yes unfortunately. Had great before photos. I was only in to it for like $125 and had been holding it for 3-4 years so that helped...a little. Was for my PC like all my Brady's so now it's my lowest graded.
