Picked up this chocolate skateboard from goodwill outlet yesterday. I know its older but does anyone know what kind of value it has? It's used but in good condition considering.

Went out this morning to pick trough the left overs at one estate sale then headed to a place we go to that is similar to a Goodwill Outlet in how things are laid out for you. Bought 3 bags full of ties, caps and some clothes for 3.00 at the estate sale. Then spent 10 at the other place and loaded up the trunk. Got a box like the Priority Bubble mailers come in that is full of ties. Got a couple of board games to breakdown. Some other misc stuff that should sell on Ebay.

ETA: Just did a quick count have 109 ties that are lesser brands or unbranded these will either be lotted out or try to sell at our upcoming garage sale. Have another 61 that are stained to have obvious tears will sell these as a scrap lot. Then there are another 379 that are name brands that need to be researched more and checked further.

I passed one of these up about 2 years ago at the thrift shop for $2.00. Looked at it and said to myself, I remember these old things. Since then you are the 2nd or 3rd person posting about finding one and I kick myself every time I see your find lol. Nice grab.

If we knew they were having it we would have sent you a bunch of PayPal gift to load up for us and then keep some for yourself.

Yeah, didn't go crazy because there weren't a lot of sales, wasn't thinking that Northeastern gear was that popular. I guess I will have to stock up at next years.

Make sure you pick up the " + plus" version, not the base version. The regular 83 doesn't sell very well, not nearly as fast the 83 plus.

Just had an interesting find, inside a copy of an autobiography of Henry Fonda I found a cut signature for Henry Fonda and it's also signed by some lady named Lucy arnaz(ball) normally I wouldn't get cuts authenticated however I will most likely make an expectation for these 2

Awesome shirt!

This has been my worst week ever in sales. One sale a day, minus Wednesday when there were no sales. No offers at all, even lowball, and usually I wake up to a couple offers and have gotten nothing. So frustrating. Gotta ride the ups and downs, I guess.

Like the shirt too. I really dig vintage shirts but my finds have become scarce anymore. One thing I don’t understand is how I have yet to find any older WWF shirts. You think how big wrestling was in the 90’s and everyone in the crowd was sporting some kind of wrestling attire with thousands of shows all across America and I can’t find ONE shirt. Not even a plain Austin 3:16 shirt that they sold prob a million of. Boggles my mind

Well I still have mine from the mondaynight war period for me, it's a reminder, a memory. I was there when sting came down from the rafters or stone cold hit a cutter on Vince that kinda stuff. in my mind if you got a shirt you went most likely, for me it's sentimental item...

Had one of my better finds in a while today. Stopped at a garage sale that had a strange mixture of stuff. Guy said he buys storage units and was just getting rid of stuff. He even had a Lifestyle condom vending machine.

Anyway, I was looking through a box and saw a baseball with some signatures on it. Turns out it was an official Rawlings National League ball with Braves signatures. It had Smoltz, Glavine, Maddux, Kevin Millwood, and Denny Neagle. My son is a huge Braves fan with a fairly large signed ball collection, but he did not have a Maddux ball. The ball is pristine, but the Maddux signature is a little sloppy and slightly smeared. For $2, I think I did pretty well, and my son is pumped!

I took a little break this weekend from sales and thrifting and went to the beach. Funny thing is even there I picked up a few pieces of unique looking driftwood and the skull of of a large fish all those should actually sell.

I don't frequent thrift shops, pawn shops and places like that for the most part, but I did find this recently and was quite happy. I was a classical music major in college, played in a symphony and learned to appreciate Beethoven. I had the complete set on cassettes back in the late 70s, have them on CDs from the early 90s and now have them on vinyl. My wife and I have an old Zenith Console Stereo that her mother gave us...so I guess I need to find a new needle for it!

So I picked up a CPAP machine at goodwill. From my understanding, I can't sell it whole on ebay because it's a prescription only product, but I can part it out piece by piece. Almost wish I would have left it behind.

FOund a Joel Osteen signed book this morning for a dollar. Also same sale picked up a Dirk Mavericks jersey, a KODAK plastic Hardhat from the chemical plant here locally and a very nice like new pair of True Religion jeans. Piad another 7.00 for all that. Around noon I am going to go back because they will run the clothing that is left for 1.00 for a wal-mart size bag. That is usually when I snag the ties and caps at these sales.
