I get what you are saying and understand my post is based in curiosity not confrontation.
I was going to post this a few days ago but you came in to this thread late. There is a lot of discussion about his policies early on.

Correct, and I think this article makes a good point about how social media has caused reporters to post things to fast or too hastily to try and get information out there.

How is it not legit? Her responses in the debates have been the most scripted responses anybody has ever heard.

Heaven forbid she should have a press conference and answer random questions, without having the answers already given to her.

Scripted answer or well-prepare for the debate.

I guess we are saying the same thing.

HA. An hour ago you were talking about "credible" media and Breitbart, and then you go and post an article from the Washington Post.

Too funny.

Fine - I guess I missed it.

Does it really take that much time to copy and paste the one bullet point of his that draws one in as a supporter?

Here's a link to his campaign site - feel free to pick one if you can spare the 20 seconds. Hover over "positions" and one should be able to find all of his talking points.

I posted this link in the thread already. Discussed many things about it. How about you take the time and go through the thread? Why don't you do the same for Hillary?

Ok. Here is a quick list. (Trump's policy I agree with on the left side vs Clinton on the right if big difference in policy):

1. Border Security vs. Open Borders
2. Extreme vetting of Syrian immigrants vs 550% increase in "under-vetted" Syrian refugees.
3. Renegotiating Trade deals vs Keeping the TPP.
4. Making ISIS a top priority
5. Upgrading the Military (and breaking up bad contracts that keep equipment costs high and outdated imo).
6. Better care for Vets by making the VA a top priority.
7. Proposing to help the inner cities like Detroit that have high rates of crime and unemployment.
8. I personally don't trust the Establishment (which Wikileaks is proving why) and like that he is anti-establishment.

Status Quo vs. New. I don't believe Clinton to be the Devil, and I don't believe Trump to be a role model of any kind ... but I do believe that the amount of corruption in politics and how the media tries to push their agenda needs change ASAP. Wikileaks is little to do about Clinton herself, and more to do w/ how the political engine on the left works (and probably the right as well w/ current republican politicians).

I want that changed. Period. Candidates be damned, give me someone who actually has a chance to blow it all up.

If you are so curious go read the document, stop making people so your work for you. Oh wait that's a liberal tenant, we work then we pay for the people who don't. Sorry didn't mean to offend you're world view.

1. I like that Clinton said she wouldn't put US forces en masse on the ground in Syria at the last town hall.

2. I like her plans green energy thoughts. I think if the US could indeed become the leader in that market, we could make a mint, while also helping the environment by using less fossil fuels and reducing our reliance on foreign oil.

1. No politician can say that, they can't see the future.

2. Like Obama and others before him, they don't hold the key. Too much money being made by the rich in oil for the US to become the "leader" in green energy. Plus we like our big gas guzzlers.

I have read and have come up with my own opinions, I was simply asking for the specific opinions of others. My apologies if my simple liberal brain was curious as to your thought process and general feelings. I see asking you such questions only exposes my bias and enrages the questioned.

THis will make some Trump/Putin bashers on here scream.

Clinton, the Democratic presidential nominee, called Putin “engaging” and said he was a “very interesting conversationalist” in some of those speech excerpts, which were revealed when WikiLeaks began releasing alleged emails belonging to Clinton Campaign Chairman John Podesta.

“I would love it if we could continue to build a more positive relationship with Russia,” Clinton said during a speech to Goldman Sachs on June 4, 2013. In the same speech, Clinton said “obviously we would very much like to have a positive relationship with Russia and we would like to see Putin be less defensive toward a relationship with the United States so that we could work together on some issues.”

LOL, that's not a stretch at all. This is exactly why political discussions turn into, well, this.
