through 201-350 and many cards I only have 3 of..

ugh, expected terrible collation on Jumbos now confirmed.

Thanks! Oh wow I had not looked at the odds. That’s like 1 in 150 cases. Definitely not odds I’m used to hitting on. Pretty stoked!

On Card? Probably. I'm sure there are sticker autos companies still have. Are they still able to make cards even after the player has passed?

I'm sure he will have sticker autographs for a long time to come. Topps prepares those a long time in advance and I'm willing to bet they have sheets of them. They will probably use them sparingly now, but he will absolutely have more autographs (in my opinion, not that it means anything).

EDIT - I'll add that there is a good chance he could be in Dynasty as well with on-card autographs. Maybe.

Opened a Jumbo box and got two autos and two patches. Interestingly, the two autos were on card, Altuve, which was out of 10, and Gonzalez, out of 25. I think overall, it was a fair box.

Nabbed 1 jumbo box from my LCS this afternoon ($209.99 + tax) and half way through the box in pack 5 I got a pretty good hit. Had no idea it was numbered until turning it over:

Bobby Witt Jr. 2024 Greatest Hits Red Foil 1/5

Sure its a an insert red foil but numbered to 5. I see the red diamante /5 sold for $350. I wonder if I should expect to get close to that or less since its an insert?

Just opened my 1st of 2 hobby boxes ordered from Topps directly. While I did get a blue baseball stars auto (David Festa lol) there were no other #d cards, not even a gold /2025. I actually liked the look of the cards other than the team name as it is difficult to see, at least for me. I do like the way the "future stars" cards look and wish they would have used that foil for the team names.

Instead, you're left thinking well its either an auto or a relic...or wait a minute how about 11 relic cards on avg in a case? And maybe one sticker auto.

I bought my first hobby case back in 2020 and remember the feeling of being duped.

Found one sticker auto of some rookie. Thankfully I had pre-ordered many months before and locked in a very low case price. And I realize that near perfect modern cards can fetch a premium when grading well. So not all is lost.
