Anyone seen these insane "Walmart Mystery Boxes" for hockey?

The Walmart up here North of Toronto here keeps them behind glass and you have to ask the attendant to take it out. Another one keeps it behind glass but not locked.

I caught a bunch of new Canadians doing this at mine a couple weeks ago. Absolute no shame in that lot
