Good luck! I'm sure there are still some gems hidden in there that slipped through the cracks

That's what I was thinking. Hopefully OP didn't pay too much for this stuff

I am grabbing random boxes. Some have been labelled, others have not. Some that are labelled don't even contain the correct contents based on the labels.

I facetimed the person I bought it from and saw that there was some good stuff. Just from the handful of boxes that the owner flipped through, I saw a case hit. That is probably not the norm, but it is obvious that some stuff was not identified or pulled that still has value.

I haven't added up all the costs yet, but it would probably be equivalent to a SINGLE box of 2019-20 FOTL Prizm Hobby. I would take that deal very day of the week. There probably won't be any cards that sell over $20-30, but small amounts add up quick.

I appreciate the concern, but I will be just fine!

I'd be interested in a large lot of any serial numbered basketball/baseball cards if that's something you're looking to sell in bulk when done. If there's some notable names within that we could talk those separate. Thanks!

These are the type of collections that I love finding on Craigslist. I love just going through boxes of cards with the chance to find a hidden gem, and I don't mind sorting, organizing, and selling. Yes, it's a ton of work, but I can make my money back and keep some of the stuff I like. Looking forward to seeing what else you find!

That was the best box so far:

Bunch of GU, Couple Autos, Tons of Inserts.

- Cool mid-90s stadium club inserts
- Near complete set of 04-05 E-X Basketball
- The 06-07 Ultra Lucky 13 RCs /500 that are not easy finds including Redick and Brandon Roy
- There are also the red ultra parallels that were pretty cool.
- Found a 04-05 Credentials of Donta Smith, haha.
- The Anfernee Hardaway Masters of the Hardwood might be my favorite card of the group

Quick hit with the box and results - best card found yet! It's O/C, but can't complain!

The Marbury Gallery of Heroes is sweet as well (Stained Glass style card)

I just love the random basketball inserts in with the football, haha.

That’s the type of stuff I think you will have the best luck finding in a lot like this. Sorting through 500,000 base is daunting, and unless you organize it all you will miss and important base RC that normally would be pulled out.

Even that O/C that’s still a $30 card. Nice!

I just kept opening box after box of bricked cards. I guess the good thing is these won't end up in someone else's house, haha. Maybe I'll update tomorrow with something better!

Out with the trash!

The brady RC was unexpected and cool to see. Love the gallery of heroes cards. I think I have the Kobe and a Duncan in a binder somewhere
