i think this Trout picture and his US175 is just flat out iconic. i love the Bat Down Acuna, but what makes it less appealing than the Trout, is that the Bat Down is the variation, not the actual card. i think people are still pushing for US250 instead of the Bat Down card as his flagship rookie.

To each their own, but love the simplicity of the Bat Down's distribution. Both special in their own way, but in a time of an overwhelming amount of cards being made there were only 20,000 of them made (with NO parallels!). It's a throwback to a simpler time for some of us. Much like the Montana in your avatar, everyone only needs to buy one version of the card. It being Flagship just makes it all the more significant in the long run.

LOVE the fact the Trout is from his 1st MLB game also! Great image and a great card

I like cards that look like the player (wether they did or not) just blasted one to the moon. Not a bloop singles to the right center field or the SS. Don't get my started on 1st Flagship RC fielding images.
