Do the redemptions even differ, in terms of regular, gold foil, variant cover?
I was under the impression they don’t, and when redeem they did a random of the 3, and you don’t know until it arrives. Or are there actually 3 variants of the redemption? (per what I saw on comc, I was only seeing one redemption type for an uncut sheet).

Mine says regular - which I assume means base.

I think they all say regular.
UD just assigns a random of the 3 once it’s redeemed. Kinda weird I know, but I have yet to see or hear about any redemptions that say something besides regular.

Any update on the uncut sheet redemptions?
I just got mine shipped to me from COMC. I would be fine getting some high end MCU autos in return for it but hopefully UD is actually valuing the uncut sheets correctly. Anyone got through the process of a replacement yet? |

Edit: probably unlikely UD comps it at 2500 though. It’s more likely gonna be 1500ish I would imagine, if that

Quick question, can someone fill me in on the Juggernaut Preliminary Art #67, what the story behind this is?
I have come across 3 listings for complete PA sets on ebay which are all minus #67. One of them even saying UD didn’t make the card. So I checked epack and sure enough every other PA card has like 85+ copies owned, but not a single #67 Juggernaut on there. Nor is one on COMC. I have this complete PA set so I went back to my set and checked, and it’s there, ![]() ![]() I bought my set back in the days of physical, before epack. Do I have a somewhat value card here? It’s part of my set so not moving it, but just curious. What is the theory here…was it physical and never made it into epack? Did people redeeming the PA achievement only need 89 cards? Or was the card on epack but someone cornered it? (unlikely imo).

So it looks like an SP due to only being in physical. To get the true nature of the SP, would have to estimate the percentage of this product’s run that was physical. Edit: or wait are you thinking 7 sales/flips could have come from ePack somehow? Wouldn’t it be more likely 1 or 3 were sent in from physical during the whole year prior to the ePack drop, then a few of those flipped, leading to the 7 sales total?

Ah got it. I agree. The SP ratio comes down to what the physical print run ratio was then I guess.

There's roughly about 300 Preliminary Art cards per character. Juggernaut didn't make it to ePack at all, neither did Thanos Kaleidoscope. Speculation is all we have, and the two most plausible explanations are that:
1 - they accidentally put them all in physical, which I don't think is the reality of it since we would have saw more hit the market 2 - they ran into some kind of warehousing dilemma and thought pulling them altogether made more sense My money would be on #2, but then what really happened to them? No clue. Tangential to this, there was a post recently in the FB groups. Someone had bought an uncut sheet redemption for MM2020, but failed to secure it physically by the redemption end (Dec 2022). They redeemed it in Spring of 2023, UD stated that they no longer had any redemption sheets for 2020, and in the Fall/Winter of 2020, they sent the person a Gold Foil Signature uncut sheet of MM2022. It is totally absurd, yet also on brand, that UD would do this. But that gives us a glimpse into one of the reasons why the MM2022 uncut sheets ran out of stock before people were able to fully redeem them this past month. Crazy stuff! |

They must have been in the same box as the Gallery Parallels that mysteriously didn't make it to epack either

There should be about the same total number of Red Gallery’s as Battle Spectra Teals out there- about 1500 each. Looking at active and sold listings together on eBay at a glance, I see 17 Red Gallery’s and about 90 BSG teal. That is a massive difference for what should be the same number. Granted, there are some biases: ePack drop is much more recent than physical a year+ ago, cards accelerate to market from epack quicker than physical generally, and with epack all the cards are opened where as some can still be in the dwindling number of sealed physical boxes left. But even with all that, I don’t think it would be the case an insert set with the same number could be that hugely different on the market. Another datapoint- in the 1/1 tracker- only 4 of 10 1/1 gold galleries have been observed (to my knowledge), whereas 11 of 15 gold BSGs have been. There is some variability with just 10 involved there so this is not conclusive, although it is suggestive. I frankly expect Red galleries to be out of about /75, Blue /25, Pink /13, and Greens to be out of /5, for all intents and purposes. (with some variability, some greens maybe /4 or /6, etc). Look how sparse the greens show up. Ask yourself, how many times have you even seen a Green gallery Spiderman? I might have seen 1 total, but hard to remember. And this begs the question where those extra galleries are. UD holding them back for replacements? Trashed? In a box? Will we ever see the 1/1 Gold gallery Spiderman or Wolverine?

Here’s a philosophical question: *if* half the galleries are languishing in some box at UD, not to see the light of day. What is a Red gallery out of then? Is it /149 still (since all 149 cards do exist in the world), or half that?
If the box was destroyed I understand the /75. If in the far future the contents got leaked to the market (sort of like 90s fleer bankruptcy backdoors), then /149 makes sense, since that’s always a possibility. If the contents never get dispersed and stay in the box…what then is a Red gallery out of.

I asked UD QA on 2 separate occasions, while I was doing the Thor -> Spider-Man mixup request, about what happened to the canvas color parallels, and they chose to ignore it both times. I lean heavily on the side of halving the print run.

Did you end up getting the sheet or is it a replacement?

I just checked my redemption status for my uncut sheet which I redeemed on Nov.26 and it says "Item being pulled, packaged and prepared for shipping process." I guess I'll find out soon if they are actually shipping me an uncut sheet or a replacement.
