Interesting title choice by this seller, but it sold.

“Only a 1/1 is as rare”

https://www.ebay.com/itm/THE-Ronald-....m46890.l49292

I guess it’s not as rare as a 1/1
There’s also a PSA 10 one page back.

People's choice of titles have been getting wilder as the card prices have been going up. Forget what exactly I was searching but I came across an auction a week or so back that had everything in the title with the exception of what the actual card was. The ones that amuse me are where it's like a Tom Brady card but they include Jordan Kobe etc in the title as if just Tom Brady wasn't enough. Or the really stupid ones like 1/1 Superfractor Pop 1.

That’s funny .. I didn’t stop collecting Rons cards after he repeatedly kept pimping singles off the wall .. I don’t like it, but I would be a fool to deny the skills and not collect a possible generational talent.

Both are great talents.
Soto I don't like because he plays for the enemy, and he does his stupid dance and makes faces at the pitcher like a weirdo.
Amount of times Acuna pimped a single = a few
Amount of times Soto grabbed his crotch and danced around trying to seduce the pitcher= hundreds.
I've got hundreds of Soto RC's, but it's only because I was busting product for Acuna's. I'll be pleased as punch if they both have amazing careers, and will take my family on a cruise around the world on Soto $ while looking fondly at the pictures of my Ronnie collection.

Soto is a gimmick displaying his antics every AB, every pitch at times. I'm not a baseball purist, just a person who finds him obnoxious.

Ronald plays hard and has peak energy at the right times in my opinion. And he rarely directs his energy at the other team (even when getting clutch hits right after they throw at his head or plunk him)

- Yes, Braves fan!

Damn Acuna looked like he really put in a lot of work in the offseason. He may just have a monster year with a lot of people saying he’s the 3rd best young player in baseball after nearly a 40/40 year. If the K/BB keeps improving and he can stay healthy. Lookout.

He is visibly leaner this spring.

Was he ever fat? He's always been slight compared to Soto.

Never fat, but I wouldn't say he was ever "Cut". I noticed it watching the game and then saw this.

Default Ronald Acuña

I have a potential trade, which do you all think is the better longer term hold: 2018 TC refractor BGS 10 or bat down BGS 9.5 true gem + (10 edges)

Are these even comparable now? Bat down would likely be the one ahead all the way IMO.

LOL at the Soto insults when the mirror is right there

Ronny gets bagged on for non-hustle, but Soto's mind games with the pitcher are a "no go"? you guys are funny

There's been a major jump in Chrome cards and Topps Chrome holds a premium in the basketball and football markets historically but the answer here is the bat down. If it was a gold refractor or higher then you'd have a real decision to make but not for a regular refractor imo.

I don’t really like Soto’s goofy looks and jumping around the box, just as much as I don’t like it when Acuna doesn’t hustle. But they are both kids, most of us did ridiculous things in our early 20’s. Hopefully they both grow out of it and into mature superstars.

Never fat, but Acuna seems to have dropped some weight according to Snitker.

I’d be cool with it if he didn’t stare down the pitcher while he was doing it. Reminds me of something I would have seen in little league.

I’m 35 and I guess I’m old school, I don’t care for any of the bat flipping and dancing around the bases and the “look at me” stuff. Let your bat do the talking, they can be plenty loud.
