#1 reason this product was such a big hit was low print run.

I can't blame Topps for wanting to print the ever loving bejezus out of a product when the market is like this, but if this was printed as we see most products going these days it would have flopped.

Kudos to Topps for this one, huge success!

Agree 100% on this.

My only worry is they see the success and try to make this an annual product. I personally feel 5-10 years a part. Really making this release something special in the future.

I'd be cool with making it a Heritage-like set for people my age. Do like 5 year cycle of Finest designs 1993-1997. After that the designs tail off IMO.

I also have a sinking feeling they'll do this for Ginter X this year.

I dont understand how a 3 box lot sells for $1300 when there are boxes at $385-$399 all over the place with free shipping.

With having regular Ginter and Ginter Chrome, is there even a need for Ginter X? Seems like overkill.

I'm not speaking purely on the financial side this release. I think we can all agree like any "Hobby", cards are costly and you're not always going to land the whale you're fishing for.

Some of my foundest memories as a kid was hunting the OG cards with my father. Recently I feel as though that connection to the hobby is lost with the plethora of product that's pushed out. It would be nice in years to come we get to talk about how incredible and beautiful 2020 Topps Finest Flashbacks was a set and that this wasn't another one lost in the white noise of product launches.
