New online coming - Topps Baseball's Finest
seems like a Topps Finest 90's insert ripoff?
No product info |
LOL Topps online, no bot, no MC. Easy pass hahah
|
Cards will look cool. Only 1 refractor per box, going after that 90s-level scarcity. Won't rule out trying to get one of these if the price makes sense, but don't think it will matter anyways
|
Topps Finest and Baseball Finest are two different products?

I really like the concept (basis the very little info we can see so far).
I hope the price stays low assuming there are no autos, and hope that there are some early access for Montgomery Club members. Would be extra cool if they have the coating like old Finest, but that's probably not happening. |
I am very in.
|
Looks like a fun set to build and shouldn't have flip potential. I'm in if that stays the same. I mean, I'm in regardless if MC gets first crack at it, but I like the idea of just a nice set of cards where pulling a Trout or Acuna base is a "hit" in a sense. It's almost a bot-proof product because people won't pay 2-3x MSRP for a box of base cards with 1 refractor. Right? Um, right???
|
I really like the design. Im hoping these arent just propects? If includes veterans, Id like to build the set.

products with no auto or limited autos are becoming common now

Nostalgia overload. It’s a throwback to the inaugural 1993 release of topps finest. The boxes, and cards were labeled Baseball’s Finest even if it were known as Topps Finest then and going forward. I’m probably in, Topps website pricing is usually reasonable enough especially considering the market. That is, if I can get some. |
Good grief
|
Interesting that you get 90 cards per box but only one refractor. While that should lead to strong refractor sales, I'd imagine base sets won't be worth much. I think a 10 card box at $19.99 mighta been the way to go here but we'll see if there are other bonuses or chase cards. Or perhaps the product itself will not be priced very high as it is.
|
What's the guess on MSRP? $59.99/$79.99?

Sounds right Will sell out in 2 minutes Blowout will get a couple 100 boxes and it will be 99.99 My guess |
