Although NOT the case for many of us with cancellations, they also didn't specify that MC members could not purchase more during the general sale. My view is we should be allowed to. We paid for the opportunity to buy during the pre-sale. Unless otherwise specified, I think we should be allowed to purchase during the general population sale as well.

In that case, that is wrong and unfair by Topps. However, even those cases can be traced back to the greed of other people. If those other folks hadn't gamed the system, it would be likely that Topps would not be cancelling these orders now.

The 2nd day the raffle was open my MC account had the raffle link in the bottom left corner.

Yeah, I would’ve been irritated if they cancelled the MC boxes. Don’t mind them cancelling the raffle. That was just an added bonus chance.

It's unfortunate for those that had cancelled orders that followed the rules. Sadly there will be casualties when you try and fix a broken system.

People complained about bots and people purchasing over the limits. Topps attempted to fix it by adding the raffle and actually followed through with ensuring people followed the limits. So for this round it sucks. But it also means things will get better and we may all have a shot at some product moving forward.

All opportunities to purchase from topps should be listed so we can see exactly what offers were sent to members and those only available to receive raffle selections.

Only thing that makes sense is somehow they didn’t have the qty they thought they did for mc customers. So that’s either a data entry error or Someone’s skimming off the top !

Times of sales from topps and raffles winnings will tell you what happened.

I'm sure they are working toward the Panini Dutch Auction model, they have to be unless they are just plain stupid.

Now that would be dirty. Topps employees seeing how hot these things are now backdooring them. No evidence for that of course, but with all the greed that is rampant in this hobby, unsurprising if it is happening. I wonder how many big time cards (superfractors or low print run cards of superstars) never get packed out and just disappear from Topps.

Brutal for those who complied. That's really a kick in the rear. I also don't understand the logic that MC members should be allowed boxes in the raffle. If it was run right, you would be guaranteed 1 box more than what everybody else had an opportunity for. That's enough of a benefit imo.

This right here is correct. MC members had first crack at it and allowed 1 extra box, what more do you need to be happy?
