Ignore and block. If it shows delivered should tgey leave feedback you should be able to easily get it removed.

If you want you can respond explaining that the tracking shows you shipped it on time and that it was delivered so they may need to contact their local post office about the missing mail. But no good comes from getting in a lengthy debate about it, so if you do respond keep it short and sweet, the tracking proves that you did your part as the seller.
I have done one where it showed delivered and did get refunded via PIP. I think it occurred because both of us had good feedback on eBay and wasn't a newer account.

Sales Totals up 60% across the board first 5 days of this month against last in items sold and $$$$$$. Shipping I am currently at 54 mail outs for this month against a total of 164 last month.

September is looking good so far.

In the past month or so they have not been paying these out as often. Several reports all over of these being denied due to tracking saying delivered. The insurance is thrird party and has nothing to do with feedback or ratings.

Normally I would refund and file, but in this case the buyer waited ~35+ days. That increases the odds of something fishy.

I have yet to be denied on a claim. Granted I don't make a ton of them.

They're starting to get stingy on INR Insurance Claims on items marked delivered, as well as Damaged Claims without Pictures (whether it via message or claim)

Fair warning, do not ship ground advantage. They won't reimburse you if a package is lost. Ground advantage is NOT insured

For sure. I usually refund, file, and move on - but this one feels odd since it shows delivered 40 days ago and I am just now hearing about it. I've decided just to decline responding and let it play out through eBay as needed. Fingers crossed!

I’ve filed two claims so far. Both were approved within 3-4 business days and had a check in the mail within 2 weeks.

That right there! Customer was refunded for a shipment that is out in no mans land and probably will never show up.

I put in a claim, and it's saying it doesn't have insurance on it. Now I have to fight with pip-claim to get my $50 back. So annoyed

I’ve only ever had to file one claim on a non-ese package, got lost in Georgia. I got my payout with no issues. I just went to get my mail one day and the check was in there.

Pip claim is not tge same as usps insurance. Are you sure you are not confusing services. Something not adding up. Insurance for items like this is the easiest. Ground advantage packages are not covered by PIP insurance they are covered by USPS insurance. Did you try to file it through the PIP system? Or USPS? PIP insurance is not USPS insurance

I've had a few lost semi-recently, and eBay covered each one without a defect

I was trying to claim through PIP insurance. Not sure if I can claim through USPS because it's still showing as in transit

PiP insurance has nothing to do with ground advantage insurance.Tge PIP insurance is third party not even associated with USPS. If it's been more than I believe 21 days you can file USPS that's the only insurance you have

They will always show in transit if now delivered not sure what it would say otherwise. If it showed delivered you would have more issues

They have covered them for me recently, via cases, not PIP (3 in the last 4 months; after asking them to step-in and help)
