I had a dream once about a guitar string Pink Floyd card that had all 6 strings and the window was the whole width of the card and the strings were exposed and tensioned so you could actually pluck strings that David Gilmour had played.

We're getting closer...

For anyone wanting to get some (or more), the regular sale starts at 11am EST, Wednesday.
I'm good with my 2 boxes, which aren't scheduled to arrive until next Tuesday.

I would've been in, had I seen a single relic or Auto show up yet. But seeing multiple cases of product listed on eBay now with none to show.... while the value is still there, it's not blowing me away (yet).

I'm good with my case (for now).

The lack of sales besides base singles is a bit concerning at the moment.

You know, it’s weird because most sites and listings on eBay are calling these hobby boxes but if you look at Topps’ releasing this week schedule they are calling them mega boxes.

Holy crap, I'm tired BUT I ended up ripping the case a couple hours ago!

I didn't hit any auto/relic but I did hit a lot of cool cards. Listed a bunch of them on eBay (including insert sets) to help recoup some funds. Already sold some, including a Dookie /99 for $80.

I completed all the base/insert sets except for the short prints (e.g., American Idiot and Standing Room Only). Unsure if I'll chase the SPs, probably not, but I'm still very satisfied with the base/other insert sets. Already penny sleeved them and put them into a binder. Also completed an entire green set but unsure if I want to keep or sell so will list high on eBay with OBO for now and see what offers trickle in (if any).

Time to sleep.

I think it’s for sure that autos drop way less than we may have thought. Many many cases have likely been opened now and zero auto/relics have hit eBay.

Yeah, I had a lot of fun opening that product and making those videos but no guaranteed auto or even a relic in a $1600 case is ridiculous.

While there are likely many collectors who would keep the auto/relic there are many flipper booooiiiiiss who would sell. But none yet? (Printed) To the moon !!!!!!!!!!

I can't believe I didn't know these were a thing. Not only am I a huge Green Day fan, my 14-year-old son is too. I will hopefully get a couple boxes to have so we can open and he can keep. Not even worried about the hits, this is such a cool collab

Sounds like the box prices are about to keep cheap based on auto odds.

It's almost like they have no odds on this one for a reason. With the serial #'d cards per box, if they actually have Autos and relics .... the combination of the two couldn't have realistically came out to less than 1 in every couple of cases... unless they are literally all short printed to 10-25 or less.

Weird why? They are mega boxes. People calling things by a wrong or different name is the least weird thing of all time.

Because you can get them cheaper elsewhere. But I agree with you... I'm still into them just cannot get down on another case.

I actually still think it's one of the best products I've seen Topps put out in a long while. If a relic or auto (either) were 1 per case I think it would be an absolute home run. Easy to say now that it doesn't seem to be the case... but it goes from me wanting to open my cases to get one, to looking at the secondary market to pick one up. But the rest of the set is fire.

I hope you pull a 1/1 Auto!
