Headed up to Boonton for the parade. It was quite a show watching the police put cones down and try and divert traffic away from the parade street. Parade was good; a little down this year. For some reason, it had two stops during it; one being almost 20 minutes. IT did have 3 Pierce Ascendant Towers in it; two of which were delivered in May and was the first time I photographed them.

After the parade was over, I went and had dinner at Luigi's with my Mom and then headed home.

Tonight, my wife and I are getting dressed up and going to Fahrenheit 132 for our anniversary dinner. The youngest SD gave us a gift card for the restaurant last Christmas and since it's a nice, expensive place, we decided to save it for our anniversary. Of course, I couldn't get reservations last week closer to our real anniversary.

I woke up not feeling great this morning. I hope it’s just a cold but there’s something else that has spiked up again. Not planning on doing much today other than eBay listings and then watching the Gamecocks play VA Tech at 3. Other people have high hopes for the season, I’ve been around long enough to know you never get your hopes to high or you’ll lose to Vandy or Kentucky after winning a big game.

Will the card cover the full dinner?

My kids HS was up 47-0 at the half. The other team was like a VT team, they had 25 kids total. I think the JV played the second half and the other team ending up scoring a couple of TDs. HS sports are pretty dumb for the most part.

Good point. There are probably a few people worse than Moldy in that crowd too.

Well, some of us have things called smart phones we can post from anywhere, not just a Commodore Amiga on a LAN line.

Nope.

Best thing I had was a manicotti shell stuffed with sausage and cheese, wrapped in bacon and grilled.

I was going to have the last bite of foot long natural casing hot dog but my wife dropped it on the ground.

8 people to build a fence?

The manicotti sounds delicious. Now I am hungry.

You do realize she dropped it just to see how desperate you were for it.

Actually, that isn't unreasonable depending on the size of the job. After all, they did want to finish yesterday. Besides, I'm guessing that at least 2 of they were keeping a very close eye on the ff in case something from it tried to attack them.

Was up working until after 2 this morning. Had the tennis on until about 1 when Tommy Paul completely bonked in the 5th set. They showed him collapsing onto the floor once he made it back to the locker room. Understandable considering he was playing another 5 set match that ended at about 1:45 am just 2 nights before.
