Luka, Kyrie, and THJ have taken 52.7% of the Mavs shots this year.

Kobe, Shaq, and Glen Rice took 56.0% of the Lakers shots in 1999.

MJ, Scottie, and Kukoc took 55.9% of the Bulls shots in 1995.

Curry, Durant, and Klay took 53.9% of the Warriors shots in 2016.

So the balance for the Mavs for the season appears to be just fine.

The difference between the Mavs and the other 3 listed teams is the other 3 listed teams have a big mixed into their 50%+

Luka is #4 in potential assists this season. What else is he supposed to do besides set up his teammates in good scoring opportunities?

It's not like Luka ignores his teammates - he's one of the best players in the league at setting up his teammates.

Great time to sell. One day Luka will want out and when that happens the value of the team will plummet.

Pretty clear that Luka is leaving the Mavs, whether that's at the deadline before the offseason of his FA or in FA. Would be a prime reason for Cuban to sell

I believe Cuban selling it because I think he thinks this is the peak. I know Cuban is not going to go away, he probaly will follow E.Musk model of productivity.

ummm.... your maths isn't mathing.

22.0 + 19.5 + 13.6 = 55.1. Divide that number into the 91 total shots and you get 60.55%

These last couple box scores I've looked at has them nearing 70%... that's not a good trend. Gotta get others involved.

Major sports franchises have never had a down cycle in the past few decades. It's a Mavs peak because he knows Luka will walk

Luka's MVP case got a boost tonight. They're getting smoked without him by Memphis at home.

He said "have taken" not "on average they take".

Luka with a 36/15/18/2/2 game that featured a 30-0 Mavs run to comeback but eventually lose right at the end. Incredible game from Luka, shame it was an L.

That game was crazy, wish they could have keep the lead. - Doncic became the first player in NBA history with at least 35 points, 15 rebounds, 15 assists, two steals, two blocks and five threes in a game.
