I always call, they will also send an email to confirm you spoke to them. I called this morning and the machine said the wait time was 1 minute.... wait time was actually 10 minutes, not complaining but thats not close to a minute.

My current order that is 8 business days past entered QA last week and nothing has happened. If it get to Tuesday i will get a voucher for a few dollars off, so now that is my hope at this point.
What does "currently processing bulk orders" mean? Does that mean order arrived to order prep, order prep to ID, ID to grading???

If I had to guess it's order arrived to order prep. When I called there a couple weeks back I was told they were processing orders from late February for entry.

Why even bother sharing that information when once it gets processed it’ll sit in ID for 2+ months? Lol

For me, if you do an in person drop off it goes straight to order prep on the app, however PSA mails those orders from the drop off location to a grading location. PSA has not touched those boxes and not opened any bulk order boxes from the beginning of March.

Not sure, this was my first submission with PSA. I'm annoyed that I wasn't able to use the $25 off first time submitter coupon though

Value max entered grading today, value bulk still not in R&ID yet. I wonder if the "bundle together" trick does not work anymore. Both the value max and bulk were packaged in the same box...

Correct, it was noted on the previous page back that trick no longer works.

This is the exact flow I just experienced except they said the wait time was 12 minutes…then immediately answered.

Thanks for the info!

I had a superfractor graded through PSA, paid the standard base rate and it sold for around $10K. PSA doesn't always upcharge and this card was very clearly more valuable than $500. So I think the real answer is that experiences vary.

Out of curiosity, have any of you ever sent in a sub where you team bagged each card individually? After I cleaned up my cards, I put them in a new sleeve, semi-rigid, and a team bag (to keep out dust). Now I've got about 40 cards in team bags and I was wondering if I should just send them in that way, or individually take out each card.

Take them out of the team bags and follow the rules unless you want to risk delaying your order even more. Just follow the instructions and don’t get cute

Just watched an interview on Sport Card Nonsense with the CEO of PSA. He said they are going away from an exact "estimated" completion day and instead going to a date range, he also said that some services including bulk will be increasing in turn around times.

Well, Fanatics is doing their part to lower PSA's backlog. Topps Chrome Jaxson Dart base cards are 0/31. Regular and prism refractors are 3/20 and 0/10. The early gem rates on Bowman basketball aren't looking too hot either.

If Fanatics can just take over the pokemon space, we may have three week TAT's again.

I'm like 95% sure PSA tweeted out that there were issues with Jaxson Dart Topps Chrome cards. Depending on the Prizm you get, they look like they were cut with a saw. I've noticed a lot of corner issues with Bowman. I don't know what anyone else has experienced.

This doesn't surprise me. You can either adjust or give up because CU isn't going to do anything to help you.

My 9 card jumbo Pokémon order that was ETA 3/24 finally popped yesterday. I had a stack of jumbos sitting around and thought about grading the best for a couple years. Finally got around to it. Happy with the 6/9 gem result.

Next up is a 56 card bulk sports order ETA 5/6 that's been in Assembly for a while. Hopefully they knock out a couple before vacation late next month.

They made an announcement for the prizm Dart's. Not sure if they have for TC. The TC's I've seen in person (for other players) looked like they had micro-scratches all over the front, but I think it was really just uneven gloss or whatever you call it.

I've noticed across, TC basketball and football a lot of chipped edges.

Chrome cards for the last few years have been horrendous. The outer layers are always scratched or pitted or have trapped dust or the back is full of roller marks. And if all that works out the front is O/C.

Slower than ever! Grading cards, grading comics, grading coins, eBay listings, vault, card ladder, etc. No wonder they can’t grade cards in a timely manner!
