I just put 8-10 cards into 1 graded card sleeve. Prevents any rubber band damage.

This is how I’ve always done it. 9-10 paper cards in card savers and 7-8 chrome in card savers fit perfectly. If the order has 2 or more graded card bags required then I put them all together, in the order they were listed on the form, inside a bubble wrap bag (the ones that Topps ships cards in) and put that in one of the boxes that PSA ships back in. No chance of damage other than being run over by a USPS forklift (this has actually happened!).

With rubber bands it is hard to minimize the pressure you want holding the stack of cards together. With masking tape, you can secure the stack of cards much easier with no chance of extra pressure on the cards.
Highly doubt they are being squeezed by rubber bands for 15 months. Once the orders move to step 3 they are out of the original packaging

Seems like most of the orders that arrived day 1 or day 2 of the announcement are hitting grading today, mine included.

Your $18/card order is in assembly? I find that very hard to believe

Wondering if you request your subs be sent to the PSA vault instead of sent back the sub gets pushed thru faster and get better grades? Just a thought.

People are just not ready to understand that PSA is more caught up than they think. There was never an order on how they graded cards anyways.. they will be pushing out $18 orders by the end of this month IMO and there will be $15 grading starting in September.

This is wild, but good news. Price adjustments will need to follow. Either that or layoffs.

They are caught up and ahead in grading. The slabbing of cards is the issue right now. Rumors were they were completely done with grading their backlog months ago and the holdup was slabbing cards. I think there is a big possibility that they have an issue with getting enough slabs. Even though it looks like they are flying through the received and grading process, people will see huge waits in assembly/quality control. There has been no $30 returns yet, and those just started to hit assembly.

Grading will be $3 in 2023, but we will have advertisement logos on our slabs to make up for lost revenue. Can't wait to see McDonalds logo on PSA slabs!

Just got my grades in for one of my July orders. Should be shipping soon. Arrived 7/11, Entered 7/15. Can you say 1 month turn around time? The grades were pretty fair.

My 300 card $18 order was received on 7/25 and went to assembly yesterday.

I don't know what to think anymore?

There is definitely a slow down, mine arrived 08/02 and have yet to be entered. I sent a regular order a week earlier and it just now is done
