Look at the positive, Cubs fans.

1988 - Oakland defeats Boston 4-0, Los Angeles defeats Oakland 4-1.

1995 - Atlanta defeats Cincinnati 4-0, Atlanta defeats Cleveland 4-2.

2007 - Colorado defeats Arizona 4-0, Boston defeats Colorado 4-0.

2012 - Detroit defeats New York 4-0, San Francisco defeats Detroit 4-0.

The Cubs can't sweep their way into a layoff. If history is any indicator, this is a good thing, but they absolutely cannot lose tomorrow.

Cubs are in the need tomorrow; going down 2-0 to face Degrom (and have Hendriks) game 3 is near death territory.

Huge win tonight NY, gravy tomorrow if you can make it happen. Cold weather should help keep Noah in the park for most of it, #LGM
