lol because i really have never heard the story, and i feel like for the past year ive heard his name every.single.day. if it is going to start a problem the mods can delete the thread i was trying to start an issue here, just wanted to know the story

I must warn you, to properly read that would take weeks. I am dead serious when I say it (second link) was one of the best and most entertaining things I've ever read or participated in. Fair warning though, a lot of that had to do with reading it as it unfolded. It was like a dinner mystery theater but it doesn't read the same after the fact. No, this is the common misconception, very few if any members lost anything. Paypal was the intended target. The 'scam' here was just a rouse to make the scam on Paypal work.

You need to read the entire thread, otherwise it is just a bunch of inside jokes. By the middle we had devolved into madness that had nothing to do with the actual scam and by the end we had gone loony and jumped the Mystery Van over the Left Shark.

He was going around pretending to be a nice guy giving good deals and creating giveaway contest. Same thing I've been doing for the past month here.

I remember Haiku sent me a free Michael Vick jersey card and a free Michael Vick rookie card. I don't know what happened to the jersey card but I still have the rookie card somewhere. It is my prized possession.
