He did nothing wrong you child. He bought something fairly and is selling HIS merchandise.

The OP should block you and avoiding communication.

If you had successfully purchased this lot, would you be telling everyone you basically stole it at that price?

The only one that is being wronged in this is the OP here where you are attacking them. They made a COMPLETED deal, they got the cards and now are looking to sell them. You repeatedly said that the cards were stolen which is completely false as they were never in your possession. You also told the OP that he should do the right thing and not the 'selfish thing' which apparently is him doing whatever he wants to with the cards that he owns

You did not complete the transaction fully, simple as that. You had your funds reimbursed to you and now you have hijacked this poor OP's sale thread to either scare away potential buyers or an attempt to try and get all the cards for yourself

And really you are not entitled to any kind of explanation from ajbraves. Sure many here would do the same thing at this point and ignore or not bother asking the question as it has nothing to do with HIS finished transaction with the seller, especially with the way that you tried to hijack his thread

What if the OP writes "ken Anderson" with a sharpie across the Babe Ruth game used. Is that something you might be interested in.

The only "attack" I have made on the OP is asking if they purchased the lot after May 29th... a question they have yet to answer. I clearly started from the start I felt they did nothing knowingly wrong. Give me a break here lol...

When in the history of blowout as someone been defended for knowingly selling items they found out were stolen... when?!

YES.. it does. If the lot was sold post May 29th the person he purchased it from was knowingly defrauding me (stealing lol). IF he's selling items knowing that information.. I feel everyone should be aware of that. Instead, because its me.. he's some innocent victim haha

The only problem here is the cards aren't stolen by the OP. Does it suck for you that your deal fell through, sure, but that by no means the card was stolen. How can the OP steal cards from you that were never in your possession?

do u realize how many people in here now will want no part of dealing with you. as a high volume seller, your behavior is bad for business. the keyboard is your enemy, put it down. you are acting like a kid at toys r us who was just told he cant get the toy he wants.

Wow... you guys love to take sides against me haha... the deal didn't fall through.. the guy never intended to ship me the lot. IE he held my money illegally with malicious intentions. This will be confirmed when the OP confirms they purchased the lot after last friday.

If they did purchase the lot after friday they are now knowingly selling cards, bought from a person who stole from me.

And to those who say "ITS NOT STEALING!!!" over and over... let me ask you this. If someone breaks into your car and steals your car stereo.. then the police return that stereo to you a week later. Was it stolen? Add in to the fact you were trying to sell your car and had a verbal agreement to that sale. Still no crime committed? The logic here boggles my mind.

That scenario is NOTHING like what happened to you. Not even close.

If you ordered something from target.com, paid half the amount the item cost, and then target refunded you what you had paid because the item was out of stock, and then you find out that target sold the last item to the OP, did target STEAL from you?

If it turned out target refunded me because they decided to sell that item to someone else? yes.. that's exactly the situation. Not out of stock lol

If that happened that defrauded customer would probably see a nice court settlement as well.

Topps tried something like that recently (I believe blowout did as well).. they have user agreements that let them get away with it though.

He is innocent and he is a victim of your verbal diarrhea. Stop spouting off, Jeremy, and leave the OP alone until you have a little something people with commonsense call proof. Concrete, 100% undeniable proof that would hold up in a court of law. But not that test proof type of proof. That stuff is just toxic to the hobby.

And again, good luck with your sales, OP. Don't let Ipad get you down.

P.S. If you think you were truly wronged by the person the OP purchased the cards from, neg his butt and be done with it.

I'm no lawyer but I'm pretty sure that the possessor of an object has the ability to choose who they sell their object to. If the guy you thought you had a deal with decided to sell to OP, while I agree that is a shame for you, the seller has the ability to make a deal with whomever they wish

Keeping your money would have been stealing. An incomplete or canceled transaction is not. The date here is irrelevant unfortunately. It sucks, but that emotion may be clouding your rationale side a tad

If they confirm they purchased the lot after may 29th.. I will happily provide proof the seller agreed to ship me the lot by that date. That's the entire point here. IF they purchased the lot after that date.. they are now knowingly selling this lot with that information. Far from innocent there.

I'm sure everyone here would defend someone knowingly selling items they knew to be stolen though.
