Walking Dead #100...first Negan. Which one to get?

I know there are like a bazillion variant versions of Walking Dead #100. Anybody have an idea of the best one to get ahold of before he hits the TV show?

The #100 Chrome, Sketch and 2nd/3rd prints are probably your best bet value-wise.

Agreed. I like the Chromium cover. Still affordable and familiar. I don't think you can go wrong with this book. Negan is HUGE and will always matter in TWD lore. This is the 1st appearance of a Top 5 all time TWD character imo.

And he's still relevant to the story 37 issues later, so he's in for the long term, at least so far. The Governor only lasted about 27-48 21 issues.

Yep, its hard to say he did more damage than the Governor but I think he's more menacing because he isn't nuts, he's methodical. The Guv was nuts. lol

ya i im suprised 100 is having a little growth with how many copies are out there
i picked up a ton for 1/2 cover back when they came out and they are slowly heading to new homes

The second and 3rd prints have reAlly jumped in price.. I have been checking a lot. Was able to get them around $8-12 each and recently they are $20-$32 ish.. I personally thibk those 2 along with chrome will be the ones to get. Especially the set of connecting covers (second and 3rd prints) from 97-102 which is of Negan and Lucile. #100 second print 9.8 got to be tough with that black cover

It is, especially now as most copies have been handled by multiple people.

What's the story behind the red foil Lucille cover. I'm assuming it's ridiculously limited based on how much it always sells for.

It was announced today that the Final Episode this year will be a half hour longer...

Which to me either means Jesus (Paul Monroe) or Negan will be making a First Appearance.

I would LOVE to see the end with music going and then they show Lucille. I think that would create crazy amounts of buzz. Similar to how they ended season 2 with showing a view of the prison and the 19 cover of Michonne..
