That would take psychic powers.

However, GIancarlo will be in the Maze runner sequel

I would imagine that Gus will show up. We all know that Mike and Saul work together eventually and since Mike works for Gus it's bound to happen. I wouldn't mind seeing it.

Obviously, we don't know if Mike is already working for Gus.
I believe Better Call Saul begins ?six years before the events of Breaking Bad. That takes us to the early 2000's (Breaking Bad took place ahead of real time despite the Osama Bin Laden mention). Think Gus starts in the USA late 80's, gives him ~10 years to start running and become what he is. I think we could see him in present time in the show if they wanted to, Gus does introduce Walt to him so we know he's dealt with him prior.

Watching this I feel like Breaking Bad is back and I am now reminded why I loved that show so much. Vince Gilligan is one of the best writers out there these days. Everything he creates turns to gold.

I thought the first two episodes were pretty terrible, but the 3rd episode was great!

In my opinion this has been the best episode yet. An outstanding hour of tv.

I just can't get into this show. Jimmy/Saul just doesn't do it for me.

Another great episode.

Still wondering about what year the show is taking place. In this last episode when Kim calls him to meet up she says "the thing" with Kurt Russell is playing in the movies, which would put the show in '82. Unless it's being reshown in theaters. I don't think there's any way it's that far back. So I'm guessing late 90's maybe. Not like it really matters lol

The main story (not the flashbacks) takes place in 2002, 6 years before they meet in Breaking Bad.

My favorite part of the episode was Kim's sly smile when she realizes what Jimmy has done to beat her own firm. I am interested to see where this whole Jimmy/Kim dynamic goes.

"S'aul good, man." If you missed that part, right in the beginning of the episode, origin of "Saul Goodman" is revealed. Loved it.

Matches Odenkirk's comments:

“I think it can happen in season two,” he said. “And, if you ask me, Bob Odenkirk, taking a wild guess – remember I’m not a writer on the show- I think one of those guys will appear in season two or three. But probably later.”
