This customer purchased two cards on two different days. I shipped within 24 hours or less and uploaded USPS tracking. Both packages showed as received via USPS within the 24 hour time frame. For some unknown reason, both packages dropped off the "radar" after that. After 10 days or so and no additional tracking update but the acceptance of tracking, customer opened two item not received cases.

Customer is also a seller. Why the customer did not eMail me directly instead of opening two cases and hitting my DSR's is beyond me. Finally, around three weeks the customer received both cards. I have no idea why they were delayed. However, once USPS has it, there is not much I can do on my end.

Needless to say, the customer left me a neutral feedback and dinged me on DSR's. I contacted the customer a couple times asking them to remove the neutral feedback. I was completely ignored. So, I called eBay explained the situation and they reviewed the fact that I ship in the time frame expected and they agreed that I should not be held accountable for "shipment delayed by carrier". Neutral removed and both negative DSR's removed.

I just wanted to share as I have blocked this person and they are a heavy Once Upon a Time (Cryptozoic) buyer and I would like to save someone else the heartache of a completely impatient buyer who has no problem ruining a reputation of a seller when the seller had NOTHING to do with the delay.
