Default Saving searches on COMC

Is there a way to save searches on COMC like on eBay so I can get notified if there's a card added that I need?

Good question I keep checking everyday to see if cards are added but it's hard to go through the cards and find a new addition.I hope there is a way to get notifications of new added cards.

Not that I know of - you just have to search for now. I think it has been asked about before.

When you search, if you hit Recently Added on the drop down menu it shows the newest cards.

I would like a way to exclude base from searches in addition to being notified when new cards from player/team/set are added

Thanks for the info. I know that most would argue that there are more important priorities, but this is why I would like an app as a buyer. One of my favorite things about eBay app is getting notified of my needed card being listed.

I agree, but would you pay for it? COMC charge for everything these days

It has been asked about many times but they would rather put resources towards things like auctions instead. I would also love and have asked many times for, notification for items on watched list that get lowered in price or go on sale. Any notification would be great but a dashboard icon notification would be best.

I currently have all email from COMC turned off as I was getting dozens per day of junk. That is another thing I've asked for over and over, the ability to filter what messages I want and which I don't. All ignored but we get Vault, grading, auctions etc instead to go along with our submissions of missing/incorrect info.

COMC has almost always had the feature for saving searches as an RSS feed.

Yes, the RSS feed will do what you're asking, if you know how to use it.

Not too familiar with rss, but I'm sure its not too difficult to figure out, thanks guys.

Edit: Just got a feed reader, added the RSS feeds for a couple searches and it just doesn't seem quite as functional as I'd like. Seems like a very patchwork way for COMC to go about it. Of course, I may just be using it all wrong.

Use the RSS feed. I'm a computer idiot and I figured it out. I use it all the time to see all new cards for multiple search queries on COMC.

I have saved my searches to my web site, I just click on them and takes me straight to COMC.

I clicked on the RSS feed button in the top after a search and added the url to a RSS feed reader. However, on the page there are about 7 cards right now, but the reader only says 0/4 new. Any idea what Im doing wrong?
