The thing is, it doesn't matter if this was the player edition card sold on eBay or the ones given to austin. Either way it's an IP auto in a PSA slab. Ip autos of meadows sell for maybe 20.00. Realistically the value in the card isn't monetary. It's the fact you met his family and they gave you this card. I don't understand the Psa slab. If this was a gift to your daughter and you want it protected why not just get a magnet holder. I sense if you were told it was worth 300.00, it would be in the for sale thread.

Btw if you say you got a card from a players family, than that is a story you need to expand on. You got defensive when someone asked you about it. You just joinedthis site and all your posts are in the B/S/T section. You wont last long if you keep lashing out on people asking legitimate questions

Occupation
Rule #1 to autograph collecting....do what ever it takes to get the auto!!

So you're THAT GUY.

"Sure Grandma Meadows, I'll mow your lawn for that card your grandson signed that shouldn't be released to the public. Of course I won't try to sell it for way more than what I should have been paid to cut your grass. Shame we live in Florida because I'd shovel your driveway if it snowed for a pair of Austin's game used cleats."

Exactly!!! The card is his daughters plain and simple!! Why is he trying to sell it under her nose??? Let me guess his story will be to pay for her braces or college tuition next....... Does she even exist? Or even worse she does and she doesn't know that the card is trying to be sold.

As I suspected from the beginning, this doesn't seem right. And people wonder why athletes tend not to be as nice as we would like when asking for pics or autos. Guys like the OP are the reason!!!! They turn around and try and profit from a nice gesture but his grandma. Seriously who takes advantage of someone's grandma......oh wait....the OP would.

And FYI I have tweeted Austin the link to the thread just to make sure the OP isnt the only one taking advantage of his granny.
