Wow Roger Clemens is on there as a signer...probably the beginning of a wave of Clemens autos to be released this year and next year.

He's in a serperate group labeled "Rookie Autographs" that are numbered with the prefix "TRA". I assume these will look exactly the same as the rookies in the "Rookies and Phenoms" set but I could be way off. Two different rookie groups seems absurd.

There are a little over 100 auctions up and I haven't seen one card with a patch (except the All-Star & Sleeve patch booklet). All single color crap.

I bought in on a few breaks before the checklist was released for what I think is a decent price. Two of them are tomorrow, one on Friday. I'll update with what I pull, if anything. The checklist could certainly be stronger in some areas and I'm not a big fan of the designs that I've seen, but seems like there is a chance for it to be alright. Based on the checklist though, I'm not going to rush out and buy a case. Think I'm going to call it at these couple of breaks and then look for any singles that catch my eye.

Yeah, that is one of the bigger reasons for my overall 'meh' response from what I've seen thus far. Oh well, just getting back into the hobby. Live and learn. Probably won't buy any next year unless the product gets a refresh, though.

Love the unity relic auto checklist, there's like 5-7 good names out of like 90 and that's like guaranteed as 1 of your 4 hits per box... Add in a single jersey of any of the 400 players and you're really rolling the dice for that case hit

So it seems like it's safe to assume anything #'d /9 or less doesn't guarantee a patch anymore. That Goldy is pathetic... It should be a beautiful card.
