It's a question I cannot answer.

Explain how math works.

20-25k Terrorists or Freedom fighters out of ...1.6 Billion

I think the worse thing is so many people are too ignorant to view Islam and understand it as well as the Hadiths. No, people think everyone is an Osama.
Teach your kids the words
MODERATE MUSLIM

Also....well, I cannot explain in too much as it will get the topic locked due to the direction it will take it
Suffice to say most of the "Commands" in the Quran also exist in the Bible. Think of the MAIN command all Muslim fearing people think of...the EXACT same command exists 9 times in the Old Testement, but no one seems reflect on that.

Hope I did not kill your topic.

They do not understand the geopolitical climate, that's all. To them they see Iran making the same claim and they see ISIS leaving Israel alone, even though the Jew is the greatest enemy to the Muslim.
They do not understand that Jihad only goes to a point. That point would be Israel launching a few thousands hellfire missiles and possibly DU weaponry, obliterating any base of power as well as opening the doors to a sanctioned Israel invasion, resulting in the LOSS of Iraq...and REALLY scaring the piss out of Iran and forcing, well.....

See, IRAN had it's own ideas of getting close to Israel. Iran offered to HELP the us with those evil ISIS bastards...no why is that ? ISIS stopped at Baghdad...wonder why that is ?? Nothing to do with the US or any Puppet military unit or paranoid view of such. it's simple math...you do not poke the bear unless you want to die or have your own bear

Anyway

As someone thats spent the better part of the last 12 years in that AOR, seeing what ISIS is doing doesnt come as a surprise. There were multiple factions both in Iraq and Afghanistan that were wiping out whole villages for many reasons to include collaborating with the US and not being Muslim/particular sect within Islam. Its basically the Wild West in terms of lawlessness and barbarism. Of course thats a small sample size of how Muslims really are which is actually very friendly. Hell I still email back and forth with interpreters I worked with in Iraq back in 2004. Some of the nicest folks around but when they turn extremist they take the word extreme very seriously. Only way to beat them is to basically kill them all.

You really believe this guy saved even a single life? Not a chance. You have no clue what you are talking about yet again. As a matter of fact the inaction of your favorite president has allowed ISIS to destroy the lives this man was trying to save(according to you).

You are attacking an American hero? You really will stoop to any level. Again, like I said, you would never understand what it means to save lives.

Take care of yourself and God bless.

This individual was a paid war correspondent. I'm curious what exactly made him a hero? Of course it is sad this guy lost his life but in what way is he a hero? How am I "stooping" to a certain level? What propaganda am I supposedly pushing?

Our military and domestic public officials are paid as well. That does not diminish the heroics. His heroic actions provide fist hand eye witness accounts of some of the worst atrocities on the planet. Without him exposing these crimes, those with the means to help would be unable to provide without the information.

Take care of yourself and God bless.

Not all Muslims are terrorist. Seems like some posts make it seem like all of Islam is a terrorist religion. It is not! Get your heads out of your butt. It's freaking crazy, psychotic people.

Do I hate terrorist? Of course! But I don't hate Islam or the religion. Two completely different things.

So wait a second.... The CIA and military needed this guys photos so they could actually act? You truly think this intelligence is not gathered through government agencies before this guy would step foot anywhere? Man some people have no clue.

Who said anything about the CIA and our military? Are there no other entities that provide assistance? You seem to be talking about something else, military interest. Like I said, you would never understand.

Maybe he was a member of the CIA and his photography was simply a cover....It's not like they publicize their agents. Oh wait:

The U.S is going to need to put boots on the ground again to deal with these freaks. What a mess.

What's funny, is had we not pulled out (as many leaders and military commanders suggested), we wouldn't even have this "mess."

It's a no win situation. We put boots on the ground and we're "imperialistic." We let them be and everyone looks at us wondering why we're not doing anything.
