My list is this:

Lebron
Durant
CP3
Melo
K Love
Griffin
Westbrook
Curry
Harden
Lamarcus Aldrige

Next 5 Would Be:
Tony Parker
Davis
Howard
Kobe( but if Kobe is healthy he is still a top 10 player maybe top 5 depends on his health, if he is healthy Kobe is top 5 for sure big IF though but still)
Lillard

I forgot Westbrook, he'd be borderline top 10.

Risky with the knees tho. Melo has been healthy his whole career, which is a huge plus for him

Quick question, who's the best 3 in the league? LeBron, KD, who? I mean, I see a lot of Chris Paul, but I don't know if Paul is top 3.

I dont know about CP3 either, I think you could make an argument for Blake being the MVP of the Clippers, so I'm not sure where that leaves Paul.

That's what I was thinking, Paul is arguably not even the best player on his own team, so I'm not sure about 3rd best in the league...

His team wasnt that terrible but his conference was.
Not top 3 at all here is players I would take over melo next year.
Lebron, kd , blake griffin, cp3, westbrook, klove, curry , and anthony davis.
Melo isnt efficient and takes stupid shots mixed with low athleticism and terrible defense.

He's not efficient because he plays on a team full of hot garbage. Pretty much any player who has to score all of their team's points isn't going to be very efficient.

Agreed if you don't watch most of there games you won't understand that why I laugh when most people talk about him they have no idea that he has to do everything. Guy is a beast and top 5 for sure please.

You can add Harden and Curry before Melo.

Those 2 names pop in my head before Melo.

Harden isn't better than Melo, isn't as dynamic offensively, and arguably one of the worst defenders in the league, so you matching up Melo vs Harden offensively and Melo is top 3 offensively, for sure!

Griffin has improved quite drastically. Clippers are not the Clippers without CP3.

That's funny.

Not comparing the 2 specifically. Those are just 2 players I would pick before Melo.

Melo is good offensively. Defensively not so much. He doesn't have heart either.

But, you can say that for a lot of guys who aren't top 3. The Warriors aren't the same without Curry, Lakers as when seen this year aren't the Lakers without Kobe, and we know without Love the Timberwolves will fall apart...

Melo is more about the money now, that's why he won't team up with another superstar, it takes his money away. He will not take a pay cut to play on a Heat team full of players, especially ones taking away from his shots every night.

Wow... surprising not everyone is hating on Melo in this thread

After Lebron and KD I think the rest of the top 10 is up in the air

I think Melo is top 5 not top 3

An argument can be made for every player 3-10

Disregarding contracts and age... so like next year have 1 player on ur team id go the following

Lebron

KD

Paul George
CP3
Melo
Love
Blake Griff
Westbrook
Curry
Harden

You'd have trouble finding a bigger Harden fan than me, and I still think Melo is better (and I DEFINITELY think he's better than Curry).

What makes you think that he's all about the title?

there's a gap between 1 and 2, big gap between 2 and 3, and another gap between 3 and 4. From 4-10, it's a toss-up.

if you have a draft and rating, it'd be something like this:

1. Lebron 98.9
2. KD 96.9
3. cp3 91.9
4. any of the below at around 89.1 (toss-up really, but if needs to ranked, it'd be)
griffin, love, davis, westbrook, curry, howard, george, melo, harden, aldridge.
of that group, davis has the best potential, then come love, and griffin. but as of now NOW, Griffin by a hair over love and love a split hair over Davis.
