Adam Dunn has 500 bombs almost, and could be a HOF. Grandy doesn't even have half that, and has no chance at the HOF. Honestly, I'd take Dunn.

I think Adam Dunn's batting average will be too low to get him into the HOF.

I don't think he'll get in either, but 500 clean HRs certainly should get him some deep consideration.

People were so excited for this signing. I have to say that i agreed with many who said why and whats the point of signing him to this team…He'll put up his #'s, but on this team and for the money its a waste. Either go for it and sign big time players or don't, but going half way and signing Grandy and C Young???? A few more HR's and maybe an extra few wins…The ball park is still going to be a ghost town and the team is still going to suck. Poor management will screw up a team/season every time...Pointless

He's hitting .127 and is on pace to strike out 195+ times.

Yanks did NOT resign him. They didn't even look int it. That should tell you all you need to know…It was probably a bad signing. However, he's now a Met, so we have to root for him and hope he turns it around.
