Default 2011 BDPP Live Case Break

Hello,

I will be breaking a case of 2011 BDPP today throughout the day. I will update with each box and scan anything worthwhile. I do not plan on selling or trading (e.g. NFS/NFT) right away. If you are interested in a card or player you can list below but please please please do not ask for pricing. Thanks and I will be opening the first box shortly.

I'll be watching for numbered Steven Gruver. I believe the super and red paper 1/1 are still out there.

Good luck!

Ooooohhh....Starling. Not that he is a great pull anymore, but 2011 BD cases had auto patterns, and Jose Fernandez comes with Starling. Three of my four cases had that duo. Hopefully the Fernandez you pull has some color!

Love seeing this product opened, good luck!

At least a blue or better wasn't wasted on Bradley, right? Looking for the silver lining

Not the worst in Nimmo - and always nice to snag a Trout. Nimmo was in the 'pattern' as well. I think you will have a James Harris (unfortunately) and a Bundy (not as good as 2012, but still nice) in your future, if I remember it correctly.

REALLY pulling for you that the Goeddel gold isn't the top of the food chain in this case...esp with the current prices. I've considered getting a case of this myself, but the price makes it a risky proposition. How about an orange Trout? Pull one of those please

Box #6 did not help the cause.

I will report only that my auto was Dan Vogelbach base. That is all....

Here are the best from the second half of the box:

Blue refractors:

Josh Parr
Brian Broderick
Jarvaris Reynolds
Lonnie Chisenhall

Gold refractor:

CJ McElroy

Autos:

James Harris ref Auto
Tyler Anderson base auto
Trevor Story ref. auto
Sonny Gray base auto
Robert Stephenson base auto
Travis Harrison aflac auto
Dylan Bundy base auto

I paid a reasonable price for the case and the base autos certainly take a bit of the sting off, but one more color auto might have been nice. Either way, I would call that a typical case of draft...

lol, thanks - I guess having a good memory has to count for something

Now that I see the rest of the break, I would have called the Story, Vogelbach and Anderson as well - definitely got three of each of those! Sadly for the OP, the Fernandez must have been one ahead of Starling in the pattern....crazy as it sounds I remember getting them in successive boxes at least twice (easy to remember - both redemptions), so you missed out on that . I would also like to thank you/punch you for giving me the itch to order a case

I would agree on it being fairly typical - my cases either had a gold and a few ref auto's, or two blues and a few ref autos. The Gray/Stephenson/Bundy finish is pretty solid...just sucks that your gold was Goeddel. So many crappy Rays auto's in the checklist, especially him and Harris...I would cringe when I saw the Rays logo on my auto'd card...
