new comic that just came out & is selling real quick here in UK & I'm seeing hardly any listed on ebay.com bar ones from UK

I had one online retailer email me 3 hours after I purchased it to tell me it was "out of stock".. it wasn't when I bought and paid for it. It wasn't even out of stock after I placed my limited order of 1 copy as I checked.

That same retailer sold me a bunch of X-files Conspiracy #1 variants that weren't in stock. Never said anything until I asked why my order wasn't shipped after 10 days. Think I'm done with them.

Well I picked up 7 copies today for £21 & have sold 5 for £46 & have now put last 2 copies up for £20 each.
Gonna call round a few ships tomorrow on the hunt for more

they pulled the same crap with me with watsons and holmes 1's back when they were hot

Thanks talktoofast for the heads up. Went to 5 lcs, couldn't find a single copy.

Found a Superman MOS #17 CGC 9.8 for $75, which made up for the disappointment.

I doubt too many of these made it over here to the states, with him being significantly more popular in the UK. I don't think the average lcs bothered unless they have a known clientele who read him, and they probably had it on their pull lists anyway.

There are a couple of lcs nearby on college campuses (where they focus on the smaller, niche, and independent books) that didn't even order this. And with the publisher being out of stock and their suggested retailers out of stock, I can't imagine too many of these were printed at all.

You let the cat out of the bag! Oh well most people had emailed me about it now so giving them a headstart. Anyway as you say it a hard find so lurkers may not have too much luck. I'm hoping to pick up more tomorrow

You won't find it in the States...or very hard to find. The publisher is small time and probably based out in the UK so they would sell in the UK before they would send to the US.
