How to price rare bgs pristines? Lincecum Heyward Harper Starlin

Hi all,
I've got a BGS 10 Pristine Lincecum SP Rookie Edition on the bay right now along with some BGS graded Chrome RC Autos and Rookies(Heyward, Harper, Starlin). The Lincecum is the 1993 SP FOIL version similar to the condition-senstitive Derek Jeter rookie.

To my knowledge there are only 1 or 2 of this Lincecum graded Pristine in the world and none ever on the bay. Do you have any tips on how to price BGS Pristines like this when there are not enough copies available on the market to measure pricing trends? I've gotten some people inquiring about a BIN price and I'm having trouble coming up with a number or some sort of prediction of where the auction would end, especially considering the condition sensitivity of this card vs other Lincecum Pristine from Finest or Chrome which are worth more ungraded but are easier to get high grades on.

Any insight or relevant past stories would be appreciated. Thanks.

If people are asking you for a BIN price, it's usually because they don't want to get into a bidding war that they know is likely.

If your cards are that rare, put them on ebay with a low starting bid and let the buyers decide for you.
