Your listing looks great. I love how you have all the cards numbered and you wrote out what each card is with numbering. Your scans look very clear and easy to see the cards. A lot of value in this lot and your paragraph in the beginning is very helpful. The last line of the paragraph that is underlined should be a space down from the paragraph, though, in my opinion.

Thanks, I agree (changed it)!

Looks great! Might just want to mention how you will ship it so people will bid with confidence knowing they will get cards in cases.

Is Exquisite a big key word? Not familiar with basketball cards.

Think 1/1 of course would be great to have in the title.

Wow nice stuff, just a minor change... I wouldn't put superfractor right after Jeter unless you have one.

Exquisite and National Treasures are THE go-to products for basketball, considering Jordan and James' UD exclusivity.

Listing looks great, fitch. Are you bowing out of the hobby, or just looking for a cash grab to buy something else?

Good point, I will mention something about secure shipping at the end.

I believe it is in the basketball world (Jordan and O'neal exquisites included in the lot), but I'm not sure if I should replace that with another big name in the lot...

It is good that you took a lot of photos. My one recommendation would be to put some $ values on stuff. When people see numbers they get excited.

Cheers.

Good point. I have a few superfractors in the lot, but I wouldn't want to get any psycho eBayers complaining about something like that.

Not bowing out, I still have many Harpers and some other keepers left.

I'm just looking to downsize considerably and change my focus.

I've got less time to buy and sell and my (imaginary) girlfriend hates the clutter I create when I do.

Oh god, I can't even imagine going back and adding all that in!

This already took way too long.

Thanks for the advice though

Much appreciated. You know, if you win the lot I could hand deliver it to you! What a deal

I think you could add Hall Of Famers or HOF to the title. A lot of people collect members and could just search "HOF."

Other than that, I think it's awesome. I wish you the best of luck selling it and hope you don't get a non-payer or someone like that.

I agree with perhaps adding the 'HOF' to the title. I sometimes do searches by HOF patch and things of that nature. Whatever you decide good luck with the auction, some absolutely nasty cards in there.

Not saying to add it all in, but maybe for the top 10 or 20... If people see that there is 4 or 5k in those cards alone, they may get all hot and bothered.

Looks great and amazing cards. I know there are a lot of different teams, but what about adding Yankees in the title. I think a lot of Yankee fans might search "Yankees auto" or "Yankees patch"

I think it is a great listing. The only thing that I might change is the title to add more keywords such as hof. you could probably take out the first name of jeter or take out the number 850.

Looks like a great lot, I'll be sticking my bid in though I'll never win it. I'd think though, you'd do better selling the cards individually here as apposed to as a lot on Ebay. Fee's will kill you

I'd definitely add HOF to the title, and maybe a general idea of the value of the combined lot (ie Beckett current book value for this lot is just over $9000, not including the 1/1's)

Good looking listing. Unlike most of these kind of lots, you scanned a few cards at a time instead of laying them all out on a table and taking a picture of them. Very easy to see what people are buying.

I think it will gather a good amount of interest.

Best of luck to you!

The listing looks great in my opinion and one of the cleanest I've ever seen for a lot his large. If possible, I would add Mantle to the title or include the picture higher up in the listing. Just my 2 cents.

Great job OP on the listing and good luck with the sale.

i like to use slashes ( / ) with a space in between to differentiate the items without affecting the key words. I never knew if eBay also utilizes the second line in an item title in a title search, but I'd think that you could have fit in a lot of secondary info in there if you had used it.

Pics look great though, way to use all of what they give you. GLWS!

I would put an estimate on what it might be worth if you were to break up the lot. I know that if I were to bid on a lot like that, I'd want to have an idea of what I might be able to sell everything off for, because I probably won't take the time to look up each card (although it would be a pain for you as well)

I'd get rid of first names, too. If I'm looking for a Michael Jordan card, I'm likely to leave out Jordan (although there are a few Jordan's, so maybe leave his in). But definitely no need for "Derek" Jeter, and maybe sub in the word "AUTO" in there too.

But I love how you took the time to take focused pictures of small groups of cards, not these coffee table pics where you need a magnifying glass to see each pixelated card. Listing itself looked good, the biggest problem you will have is finding the right mix of key words to attract the most amount of people possible.

But I'll be keeping an eye on it. Good luck!
