Base Topps/Topps Finest release date question

so i was looking over the new releases for potential breaks and i noticed this:

Topps Finest release date- Wed August 14, 2013
Base Topps Hobby/Jumbo release date- Wed August 21, 2013

- isnt base Topps usually released first?
- surely they wouldnt release Finest 1 week before the lower tier Base?

thought it may have been a typo, but D&A has the same dates listed as well

just seems kinda weird imo

They may change the release date of Finest as they just changed most dates, including Base Topps to 8/21 from 8/7
