Default Poor bidder :(

Stumbled upon this auction while looking at some recently ended LeBron autos.

It looks like the auction title was confusing and the item description did little to help the buyers out. So it appeared as though the seller was selling a LeBron auto, when in reality it's just a box of SP Signature 05/06.

Is this the right assumption?

the picture is clearly a Tin............ if someone bids on this thinking it's a Lebron auto without asking the seller........... then some lessons are learned the hard way.

I hate when sellers use a misleading pic with their auction.

I agree that it was pretty clear to an experienced eBayer, and that it was pretty clearly a pic of the tin, but that is still a fairly misleading auction. The person intentionally left no description whatsoever of the auction.... just "Paypal only". They clearly knew what they were up to and were trying to be misleading.

I think its just "buyers" trying to get a Good deal, and not reading the full discripton... IMHO
But his feed back does speak for its self http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAP...edbackAsSeller why would any body buy from this person?
(Hope its not someone on here)

The seller is definitely at fault here. I HATE sellers who do this type of crap. The title is extremely deceptive, "lebron james auto?" list the f%*ing product and only the product you're selling, not what someone MIGHT get in the pack. The guy should file a dispute for this.

Yes sellers use other people's pics to promote their items

Take for instance this guys auctions

eBay Seller: wowzzer: sp authentic nba, Sports Mem, Cards Fan Shop items on eBay.com

And hes using a pic of a card I own, he removed the serial

so NO way in hell can someone pull it from any of those cases he's selling, also especially since he's selling retail and not hobby cases.
