Just wanna make sure my browser isn't messed up...
I won blue wave packs and clicking "my account" or "my prizes" does nothing so I don't know how to request shipment for them. There's also no way to see my roster other than scrolling through my 100 prospects to see which are highlighted as "Active". Is the Topps tech dept really this bad? |

The "my prizes" section has never worked and I have well over 50 packs won. I stopped entering codes because of this, knowing topps will more and likely attempt to deny me all those packs. I think its complete #@#@#@#@#@#@#@#@ that a site can be up for 3 months and yet they still cant get it to work correctly. I've chatted with support multiple times and have been told its not them, It's the company that's working on the website and we should have it resolved in a week or two. Which I've been hearing for well over 6 weeks.

Has anyone been able to go over 100 unlocked players on their roster? Whenever I unlock a new player it erases a previously unlocked player so as to keep my roster at 100, and because all the good prospects are front loaded, my roster keeps getting worse.
Anyone else have this problem? |
