Anyone deal with butlersportsinc on ebay?

Bought 6 2012 Inception rookies autos(dwayne allen base auto, dwayne allen patch auto, jarius wright base auto, michael egnew base auto, nick toon base auto, and robert turbin patch auto) with combined shipping all totaling $36.32 on August 1st, paid on August 1st and still have not received them. The seller has a one day handling time shipping from New Jersey. Emailed the seller twice and have not received a response. What should I do?

Yeah, he's the one I bought my $282 Wite Auto Griffin .......ahem, I mean Kirk Cousins. plate from. I paid 8/1/12 as well and I have not received yet. I did email him and I did get a response with a tracking #. I do have a signature required slip from the post office, soothe card may be waiting at the po for me., I'm opening a claim anyway.

I bought a Topps Inception Alshon Jeffery card from butlersportsinc on ebay. I received it on Saturday with this note:

"Very sorry for the delay. I had an employee doing all of my shipping and he was stealing from meas well as listing auctions wrong and winning them himself. So I am sorry for the delay. It took well over a week to get everything straight. Again, I am very sorry for the delay. Hopefully you can find it in your heart to still leave me a positive feedback with a full 5 star rating as it was honestly not my fault. I really am sorry.

I bought a Rice Prestige Laundry Tag patch from this seller. It took almost 2 weeks to get it. I emailed them just like the op did and after 2 emails and a long wait the seller stated that he was away on vaction. You know how that shipping and communication feedback looked. I think you will eventually get your cards.

I got the same message in a Wilson I bought from him...er her. And yes the grammar was that poor.

first of all. we did have an employee who stole over $20k in items and was listing items wrong and would then win them himself. every person got every card we have ever sold. we are not here to screw people. and the original poster got his items already as well.

and yes. i do have an exclusive contract with michael vick. for signatures and game used items. as he has "tweeted" many times. if you have been to any show where mike has signed, you will notice me with him at all times, as well as in any back room he has signed at for the wholesale dealers as well, also topps and panini. so keep your comments to yourself when you have NO idea what you are talking about.

next signing with mike, this saturday in A.C.

Yes. we did lowball you. you are correct. we have alot of customers who dont buy on ebay, we buy for them. when a customer makes us an offer, then we add a few $ and make the offer. i figured you would decline it, but my custy was not trying to spend money. thats what he wanted to pay. sorry about that my friend.

This guy either has a lot of legit answers or great representation cause all of this seems to check out. There are quite a few links to Butler Sports Inc being tied to Michael Vick appearances, BTW, if you do a Google search.

yes. we are very very behind. i will be the first one to day that. but every EVERY person will get the item tehy paid for. i am always on the road with players doing signings, or tv spots and what not, so i had a great employee doing everything, listing, shipping, emails. everything. he was great untill i found out he was screwing me.

im doing it all myself with my girls cousin and trainging him to do everything that the guy who screwed us did.
