If the auto is already authentic from Topps, UD, etc... yes. If you got the auto IP then no, it would need to go through JSA first.

Final question on my end: would an imperfection on the sticker itself be considered a surface flaw? I know the sticker coming off would, so I suspect that it would, but just double-checking. Thanks again, new to the process and the answers you've given have been very valuable.

Being that the pulled sticker would cause an issue I can't imaging that the sticker imperfection won't cause some deductions somewhere.

Should of been reported before payments were sent. Moving to active.

When sending an Online Payment to the host, protect yourself by sending as goods (not gift). If a payment is sent as a "gift", you eliminate your chance of filing a claim or chargeback should the need arise. If possible, fund the payment with a credit card to be fully protected.
