I just stopped by Wally World and they had the new 2012 Topps Value Boxes! They consist of:

5 retail packs of 2012 Topps Series 1
2 Hobby packs of 2012 heritage
1 Golden Giveaway Code
1 Exclusive Chrome Refractor of one of these 3 players:
Ken Griffey Jr.
Willie Mays
Mickey Mantle
