Default Leshoure vs Williams vs Green

So all three of these RBs (Mikel Leshoure - DET, Ryan Williams - ARZ, and Alex Green - GB) are coming off injuries that ended their rookie seasons before they ever began. All three have some incredible looking autos and relics that can be picked up for wink and wave.

So who has the best chance of having a breakout 2012? Who should a person stockpile now in hopes of selling later?

Of the three I have to go with Leshoure. They all are strong candidates but I feel Leshoure has the best opportunity to grab hold of the starting job.

Leshoure and Williams were expected to be big parts of their team's plans, Green not so sure. All could see time but Green is stuck on a team that passes first and Williams has Beanie Wells and Tim Hightower to deal with.

Leshoure is probably the top candidate considering Jahvid Best is having career-threatening issues. Door could be wide open for him.

Yea I would say Leshoure too...he has the best chance of being a starter.

Green has at least 2 guys ahead of him and in Greenbay there arent really even enough rushing touches to make one guy productive...let along 3.

Williams has to deal with Beanie....but unless The Cardinals have resigned Hightower he is actually gone now....but that will leave Williams as the number 2 guy unless something changes.

Green has the best chance for profit from one game because of all of the Packers fans

I agree with this 100%.

Might want to let you know that Hightower was signed by the Redskins last Summer haha.

Im gonna say Leshoure and Ryan Williams. Both could easily be the starting RB by game 1 of next season and if not they are playing behind guys who are injured all the time. Beanie had a good year last year while playing hurt but Ryan Williams will come in and play much better then Beanie did his first few years

That's my guess too plus its easier to find a nasty patch of Greens for your $10 then the two others.

This is kind of a loaded question. Green was drafted to be a 3rd down back to take over for Brandon Jackson. Leshoure is just what the Lions missed this year, a power back that can handle the pounding. I hope he is good cuz I finally received my Lvl 1 Topps Prime Booklet a week ago.

LeShoure, you saw what kind of numbers he put up at Illinois and now with Best's career being threatened from the concussions...there is nothing but potential for this guy and out of the three you mentioned I would have to agree with a majority of the posters here and say LeShoure is your best bet for a pretty cheap investment.

i think leshoure, due to best's situation, hoping i'm right since i jumped on his stuff early in the year. got a lot of stuff at pretty low prices and some i paid more than i wanted but couldn't help it.

@yankeesfan24 has a really interesting point - despite A. Green starting the year behind Starks (don't know if they'll bring Ryan Grant back) the Packers have one of the bigger fan bases. Cheeseheads are nationwide and definitely bigger than Detroit. And the Cardinals... anyone remember the game the Cowboys played in Arizona last year? It was practically a home game.

That said, Leshoure does seem to have the clearest path to starting on a high octane offense.

@KainRahl - that's a beauty. Shame about the edges though. I had heard that a lot of the Inception product had chipping problems straight outta the pack - was that the case here? And does it even matter when its a 1/1 letter patch?

I was scanning multiple cards at the same time and this wasnt the thickest one. I should have scanned em seperate as it doesnt look that bad in person. so the scanner top was higher creating a wierd shadow/effect. but they are pretty crisp as far as Topps cards go anyhow.
