2008 Icons Gold Chronology error-info needed

I opened up an old pack of 2008 Icons I found at a dollar store and pulled a card that kind of peaked my interest: an NFL Chronology Gold #CHR33 (Peyton Manning). Honestly, not that big of a Manning fan, but his cards usually trade or sell pretty well. Anyhow, the cards are serial numbered out of 99, but this one was numbered 00/99.

I was just wondering if anyone else has gotten or seen one numbered like this and if it was an error that happened across a lot of the cards in the set or if it might be worth something extra because of this. I was going to sell it and just see what it might go for, but then I thought I may never see one again, so I might want to just hold onto it until I can get a little more info. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
