Question Need Advice On Selling Off HUGE Collection

Although I've been collecting since the 1990s, I really have never sold any of my cards online and I've very rarely traded. As a result of that I've noticed that I've become a little too big of a hoarder and I want to open my collection back to the public and just focus on my PC (and maybe make a dollar or two along the way) So, I apologize if these are very basic questions, but I was wondering if I could get some input on the best way to sell off my collection.

My plan is to sell the most desirable/expensive cards on Blowout's B/S/T since the whole reason I'm still in this hobby is due to the entertainment I get reading these boards every day and I want BO members to have dibs over randos on eBay. For all the mid-range items (random jersey/auto/parallels), I was wondering if making team/player/set lots on eBay, on BO or sending them into COMC is the best idea? I have over a 1000 cards that would fall into this range, so what is the best/most cost efficient way to unload that many?

Thanks for the advice and make sure to check out my B/S/T between all the different sports, I think there's going to be a lot of cool cards ranging all the way back to the early 90s.

I would list everything on BO 1st and then the mid-big ones sell on ebay and try to move the smaller ones on here, not too familiar but just my input

COMC is best for common inserts & Rarer parallels. Low end hits do pretty well on COMC, but like previously said, hits sell pretty well here and you can escape some major fees that way. I would highly recommend base sets over team lots for base. Also, insert sets sometimes sell for pretty well on ebay. Ebay might be a better place to unload base sets, or here.

I'm going to have a lot for sale once I figure out how to best list them (lots, singles, etc...), so make sure to look out for my B/S/T and eBay sales!
