Every Eddie Royal card in 16 after catching 37 passes for 238 yards, 6.4 yards per catch in 15. I use to go after his cards in his rookie season and then he became the receiver for quick wideout screen passes.

What is really sad is that he had a 30 yard catch that season. His other 36 catches averaged 5.78 yards. That has to be some kind of record low for a WR if you take out his longest receiving play with at least 30+ receptions.

Fair enough. After his great rookie season, his numbers very much fell off. Still a pretty popular ex-Bronco player, which is interesting all these years later. I always think statistics are interesting, and it would be interesting to compile a stat for the biggest change in averages yardage per run or catch if you took out the longest play. It would have to be guys with a small sample size to really change that number.
