Some of my searches have a lot of auctions lately… like dozens of auctions for search terms when sorted by recent. Maybe an ePack whale was dumping which is causing a logjam. Or maybe just a weekend glitch (it happens).

Problem is I don’t think the Authority can handle the total ePack volume if ePack/COMC relationship gets severed.

comc cutting ties with epack would make a lot of sense giving the direction they've been headed the last couple months

Your luck your bulk orders have shipped. I have an order from 11/30/2025 of 164 items that still has not shipped. This month the "Items Ahead of My Order" has barely moved. It will just always show today's date.

You must have a card or a few that are in COMC purgatory. Sorry mate.

Oof. FWIW, my "ahead" was at about 10,000 before it just magically changed to "shipped"

Looks like they fixed the ability to transfer cards from ePack to COMC.

Those Leaf and ITG cards are fair game for adding to COMC.
followup on this. have some high value 130pt and 180pt cards going to in the elite service and in the sleeve/loader/one touch they are too wide for the rows in a standard box.

being a Canadian not a lot of options for wider/deeper boxes it appears?

You can sandwich the sleeved cards or a stack of sleeved cards between empty toploaders or some other stiff backing. You can put small stacks into team bags or graded card sleeves, or any other type of plastic bag, or wrap small stacks in plastic wrap or aluminum foil or sheets of paper, or any other appropriate material.

What you want is for the items to be immobile during shipping, and for there to be enough packing material around the item that the postal service can drop a bowling ball on it, or drop your package out of a 13 story building without causing damage to the cards.

COMC won't charge you extra for any of this type of secure shipping. They will charge you extra to remove cards from toploaders

A good option if you want to stick to card supplies are supplies which are intended to store or protect graded cards. Graded card bags, graded card boxes, and such. COMC often ships oversized items in graded card boxes (sometimes putting the graded card box into another box), and also includes lots of packing peanuts into the box, or surrounding the box when it's double boxed

Anyone else not able to log in? I'm using Google Chrome and it goes to that bot verify page and just spins. Tried clearing history and cookies, but still won't work.

I just requested a small Standard shipment (10 items) today. Estimated ship time is June 1. My previous shipment, a 3-item Standard order on 10-9-25, shipped on 10-22-25 to compare how much shipping has slowed even for small Standard orders.

I was glad to see COMC suspend PSA submissions in an effort to focus on the shipping backlog. I think a significantly more impactful action would be to suspend eBay auctions. COMC currently has 21,361 pending/active eBay auctions. While many of the cards will not sell (a separate issue), all those auctions for anything of value will sell. Cross-listed cards could still sell at a Buy-it-Now price, but why not reduce the number of items you're obligated to ship to catch up on the shipping backlog?

Because one directly impacts income and the other one only indirectly impacts income.

Because it snowballs all cards to be higher than they should be. Moreover, a lot of those valuations are fraudulent - they're "justified" through fake online sales and shill bidding, in my opinion. The high, high majority of cards aren't investments, nor are they of the price points most see right now (including a lot of vintage of GOATs). It'll take a slow few years, but my guess is a collapse will eventually happen. I'll hold out until then and not waste my money. I'll get what I want eventually for the correct price.

They probably make way more money on ebay auctions than anything else if I had to guess.

I'd be inclined to press the red button at the lower right of most COMC pages, each day until the order is shipped. It's possible there is some glitch somewhere. If so, jiggling the handle can help.

I've had bulk shipments originally placed December 22 and January 19 which have shipped. A shipment placed January 8 still hasn't shipped, and shows about 40,000 cards ahead of it.

I’m in a similar boat- bulk requested 1/13. Every few days it keeps pushing back the estimated ship date, like it can’t keep pace with it at this point, and seems perpetual. It’s been sitting around 55k items ahead and pretty much not moving on that front now. It has a lot to do with how utterly much comc prioritizes rushed shipments.

Default All I want to do is talk about COMC

If anyone at comc is reading this thread, which is doubtful….the way you are handling unpaid auctions is ridiculous.

Unpaid eBay auctions have become a problem on comc. On one hand it seems like COMC doesnt do much to curb this (I see no evidence of comc requiring autopay on auctions, which is an option on eBay, I have never heard of any eBay buyer account blocked by comc, which should be happening with any auction going unpaid). I get auctions going unpaid then COMC is adding insult to injury each and every time charging you, the seller, the auction fee when it goes unpaid- this is so silly and shouldnt be happening. The seller is making $0- zero- on the transaction. A buyer on eBay can come along, sabotage your eBay auction, not pay, you get nothing, and then it even costs you money because COMC charges you for that. On top of that there doesn’t even seem to be a big deterrent for a buyer to do this. Doubt they’ll be blocked.

It may not be a lot ($0.99 for low dollar item), but it adds up. Money being sent to COMC for nothing. Just look at Orion’s post upthread, what was it $25+ from buyers not paying for his auctions. “Sending an item to auction” on comc id imagine is just an electronic thing, not exactly manpower driven. With unpaid auctions on eBay I’m pretty sure I’m not out anything when that happens to me when selling on my own. So curious why the nonrefundable auction fee at all. Since I don’t see enough being done to curb the nonpaying buyers, and COMC is charging us for auctions that go unpaid, I now have to curb my auctions being sent to eBay. I know others who have made similar decisions. These unnecessary fees add up.

it is wild if they're charging fees on auctions that don't get paid for

If this is true, it definitely feels illegal to make the us pay fees when they aren't getting charged anything from Ebay.
