I don't think much above face given the level of wear, but I'm not deep on currency. Sometimes the SN matters. Might look on PMG (https://www.pmgnotes.com/priceguide/...ice-guide.aspx), but I would rate the condition very low.

Same here, I’m not much into currency, but agree about the pricing.

As a sidenote, I vaguely remember hearing something about the corners being torn off of two dollar bills. You can search, but I think it’s something about them being bad luck at the horse track. By doing that, to them, supposedly they thought it would change their luck??
