In my years on this board my limited dealings with Josh/PC have been extremely professional and always a pleasure to interact with

his response here is pretty much reflective of his rep/acumen

That's a mistake. Not bad business. Bad business is not taking care of your mistakes.

None of that is relevant, because OP didn't say "that's bad business." He came in with false allegations of shady business practices and intent to defraud because of low auction prices.

See the difference?

Had OP just said I bought a card that hasn't shipped and I'm getting nowhere with customer service that would have been great. That's not what happened to anyone who can read. He didn't say that. He said I bought a card that didn't ship and the seller is shady and did it because I got too good a deal so avoid them at all costs because they do it to lots of buyers.

What does the existence of blowout have to do with anything? Does not having an internet forum make false accusations better?

If a tree falls in the forest and no one hears it does it make a sound?

If OP tells false accusations to his buddies because he doesn't have an internet forum to do it on is it still wrong?

Yes, it is.

Again, my problem wasn't with anything OP said other than the false allegations. He's free to tell the facts and that he isn't happy. He's free to complain about the company. But he's not free to falsely claim they refused the ship the card because of a low price and are being shady trying to defraud customers repeatedly. That's no ok.

It’s a mistake and it’s still bad business.

However, Josh acknowledging the mistake and attempting to rectify it is good business.

His employee failing to communicate that (and reassure the buyer) is bad business.

No business is perfect, that’s why you don’t focus on individual reviews but the average (as law of average comes into play).

Yeah, but now Josh and team will be extra motivated to make less mistakes in the future (and improve communication as well).

It actually helps his business out in the long-run.

Not to mention, you see that he acknowledged the issue and is working to rectify it. He addressed the matter promptly.

It’s actually good PR with improved business results.

Win-win.

We don't know what the employee said. Given OP's first post and what has transpired in this thread, I wouldn't be surprised to find out the employee didn't do anything wrong. My guess would be the employee looked up the order, saw that it shipped (albeit to the wrong buyer) and communicated to OP that his records show the card shipped. Then OP flew off the handle, as he did here, and completely shut down the communication from there. Just a hunch. They probably never got to the point where the employee was able to research and find the mistake.

Yes. That doesn't excuse telling me it shipped when there is actually an issue. If they explain the issue instead of saying it shipped, we don't have an issue.

For the people who are math curious, that’s a non positive rate of 0.22%, so a positive rate of 99.78%

They weren't false. The employee said it shipped. It didn't. Not it shipped to the wrong person. All they have to say is let me look into it, not just say it shipped. You must be a shitty lawyer

Every single allegation you made in the OP was false. The fact that you don't think so tells me I don't really care your assessment of my skills.

Go back to your hole. The seller wasn't shady, nor were they trying to get out of an auction that ended too low. You shot your shot and blew your load too early. Best to stop posting as you look like a fool.
