Stranger Things Sketch cards

I'm doing a new mini sketch card set. Just finished watching the final season of this series, and I liked it. I think they did a pretty good job overall.

Anyway, I got inspired...

Who was that guy - about 10 years ago, got caught for using a custom printer to "print" his sketch cards??

They looked like authentic pencil or ink drawings, but some internet sleuths took stock photos and they overlayed them w/ his sketches, and they all lined up perfect.

He then tried to show him doing a "live" sketch card on YouTube to silence the critics, but he held the "blank" cupped in his hand, and revealed a little of the sketch by little (think he was moving a piece of paper down an already printed sketch) and got called out for "drawing" from top to bottom, like a printer would.

AKA, he didn't start w/ like a circle in the middle of the card for Leia's head... he drew like a dot-matrix printer would print.

Anyway, felt bad - not for the artist - but for people that had bought his stuff. It was 5-10x less back then, but still, people were out good money on those phony sketches that they thought were photorealistic sketches.

That was the legend known as Tattoo Bob Hepner.
He is currently Secretary of Illustration.

That was the name! I saw stuff about him.
There is currently a guy on eBay who sells what look like photos with a watercolor filter applied, and he looks like he does a lot of sales.
