Last I knew it was canceled, then a couple days after MM92P released MM24 was announced.

So who knows? I want to say it won't be on epack as it's not mentioned in their news blurb, but it could always show up tomorrow.

Anyone else get in on the Topps Now for Captain America movie? I believe these are the first Topps MCU trading cards since they acquired the license. Print run of 8039, but not sure if that is high or low.

8,000 is pretty high but it is cool that they are doing Topps Now for movie premieres. I think I mentioned that I was hoping Topps would do that either upthread or in another thread.

EDIT: it would have definitely sold higher if there was a chance for an auto. Looks like it is just numbered parallels.

I would say it is extremely high....its $16 for one card (MCU no less, out of 8039...normally the print run is not fixed unlike say Unbound) with chance to get a color parallel with chase being a gold 1/1
that base if it was on epack would be $0.30, even if print run of 1000

EV of the cards alone in my valuation is around $1.5, without the magnetic. Most people buying are just doing bad gamble for the 1/1. In the future if some sets proly will have bounty on the 1/1 to shore up interest and pump sales.

I would strongly guess that a sizable percentage of those 8039 were people thinking "when no one will know about these new Marvel cards, I'll be rich!"

Maybe a sticker license? Topps puts out Topps Now NHL stickers while UD puts out NHL cards. Maybe ID can do a similar deal with Marvel and produce stickers.

With this week’s release of the Neopets trading card game on ePack it’s becoming more and more plausible that they release a Marvel Legendary TCG there eventually. Smart if they are able to work around Fanatics license and get Marvel back on the website.
